Upgrade Your Crosscut Sled

It's hard to beat a crosscut sled for making accurate square cuts. Unlike a miter gauge, its right-angle setting doesn’t need constant tweaking—cuts are always right on the money. Unfortunately, crosscut sleds are typically heavy and hard to store.
