Twin Kitchen Hutches #34

While making the dry assembly, this is the best time to take measurements for the back panels. Then the back panels are cut to their final width and length.

As I did for the panel doors of the lower cabinets of the huches, I’m using a molding head cutter on my tablesaw to mill the beads. I also use a dedicated shopmade insert.

To adjust the cutters, the bottom of the gullet must be flush with the tablesaw top.

Finally, I center one of the cutters on the pencil mark, then set the rip fence accordingly.
