Just a few pictures of that floating Top table.
First picture also shows my "assembly table" a "Frankensaw". Two older Craftsman tablesaws were used to make a decent single saw. All four of the wings were reused, one on the left, three on the right. I use the nice flat top to assemble items on, and the miter-slots as a reference for keeping things square. The knob is an old lamp finial, inset into the drawer front. The white part is a glass marble. Legs are tapered on just two sides, using just a handplane.
