Just a few pictures of that floating Top table.

First picture also shows my "assembly table"  a "Frankensaw".   Two older Craftsman tablesaws were used to make a decent single saw.   All four of the wings were reused, one on the left, three on the right.   I use the nice flat top to assemble items on, and the miter-slots as a reference for keeping things square.   The knob is an old lamp finial, inset into the drawer front.   The white part is a glass marble.   Legs are tapered on just two sides, using just a handplane.
