Tool News - Hosaluk Ferrules to make your own Tools

If you've ever wanted to make your own turning-tool handles, Lee Valley's Hosaluk Ferrules could be a valuable part of the equation. Making your own handle allows you to customize the diameter, grip, length and tool projection. These ferrules come in three sizes to accept 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" diameter round-shank tools, and installation is straight-forward, mounting the ferrule in the handle with epoxy. Two grub screws hold the tool firmly in place. They're available for $19.50 each from Lee Valley.
