Rockler Circle Cutting Jig

Affordable Rockler Circle Cutting Jig sets up in seconds, no math required. Cut flawless circles up to 52" in diameter.

Rockler's new Circle Cutting Jig makes cutting circles and arcs easier and faster. While setup time with other jigs may require solving a few complicated math problems, Rockler's Circle Cutting Jig sets up in seconds and can be adjusted to create circles from 5-1/2" to 52" in diameter. The jig is pre-drilled with countersunk mounting screw holes and comes with assorted hardware to accommodate a variety of popular routers including Porter Cable, Makita, Hitachi, DeWalt, and Bosch. The jig's durable phenolic core allows the drilling of additional holes to accommodate other routers.

"There are a lot of ways to cut circles and arcs, but none are as simple as this," said Steve Krohmer, Vice President of product development. "The Rockler Circle Cutting Jig is easy to set up, doesn't involve any math, and makes it easy for the do-it-yourselfer or woodworker to create multiples of perfect circles and arcs."

Virtually any router easily attaches to the Circle Cuttering Jig's base using included hardware. A pivot pin, (two are included: one for soft woods, the other is used if the design allows for the drilling of a center hole), is easily positioned along the recessed groove to find the exact diameter needed, and is then anchored for operation using the included T-bolt. In just seconds, the do-it-yourselfer is ready to cut circles, arcs, or make arched moldings.

The Circle Cutting Jig (40982) has a retail price of $39.99 and is available at Rockler Woodworking and Hardware stores nationwide, Rockler's independent resellers, Rockler.com, or in the Rockler catalog. For store locations or a free catalog, please visit www.rockler.com or call 1-877-ROCKLER.
